Pizza

52DC: Day 4

The day started with a hardish 3-miler around Damflask reservoir with Sara. We both have colds. After a nice but heated chat about my future with Mum we went food shopping. Jack and Max (Nathaniel's buddies) and then Sara came over and 'hung out with us. I pigged out with them on chocolate biscuits and pizza. I watched most of a film called Cold Mountain. It made me sad. But not that sad as I later had lots of shortcake biscuits. I'm claiming one clean eating unit and one cardio unit.

52DC2: Spring: Day 2

Breakfast with Mum and Thea was nice but we missed Nathaniel who's away at The Oakes Residential until Friday. Had a 'fasting' middle to the day which again I kept up until I got home. Thinking it was the parenting class pub night I decided to squeeze in a gym session. I used the machines to exercise most muscles but not my legs in anticipation of doing 35 minutes on the treadmill. I'm only doing 10kph!

As regards clean eating I guess the starving during the day is making me too hungry in the evenings but there's also a certain amount of boredom.

Had a 'fasting' start to the day which I kept up until I got home. Did a 5 miler after Thea had gone to bed but then had a bit of junk food.
